What I Thought I Saw: Random Acts of Blindness is a comedic look at the one-eyed adventures of Leslye Orr and her off-kilter view of life in a 3D world. In this autobiographical storytelling piece created as a live performance and now adapted for video, Leslye, who is legally blind, humorously chronicles the visual challenges she faces, and the inspiring travels and wacky mishaps she has had as a performer and advocate for people with disabilities.

What I Thought I Saw: Random Acts of Blindness was first presented as a part of Illusion Theater’s Fresh Ink series in July 2013 (link to Star Tribune article).
